I am very pleased to say that Mr. Fleckinger provided me with excellent client services during the sale of my home. During the sale of the home he was very responsive; he kept me apprised of current sales and offerings on my home. As my agent he advocated for my interests and ethically represented me, analyzed the market and made sure that my home was competitive and ready to sell, he utilized the power of the internet by creating a website to maximize my homes exposure. I can not believe you sold our home in only 17 days, after we had been on the market for 6 months with another agent. It's because you know that market so well, and have the experience and determination to "get the job done' that we no longer have two homes to maintain and stand the additional expense. I'm truly grateful to you for your patience and willingness to go all out to make sure our Florida property received the maximum exposure and presented the best face to the few prospective buyers that are available in that market.
When you consider how depressed the central Florida market is today, combine that with sellers wanting more for their properties than the market will support, and add the fact that equity values are declining each month, you get a high level of frustration and anxiety for home owners who wish to sell.
